FAQ’s & Store Policies:

Privacy Policy:

We respect your privacy. We will not email you without your permission and we will not provide your information to others. We will only use your order information to fulfill your purchase. After that, credit card information will be purged from our system.


Shipping:

Faithmarks™ ships via UPS, Fed Ex and USPS. Choose the delivery options and shipping rates you are most comfortable with!  Most items ship within several days of placing your order.  Please see "Production Time" below for additional information.


Order Status:

If you choose to register by entering your email address and password, you can monitor your order and track your shipment at any time by entering your account information & order number.   Or, please email us at orders@faithmarks.com and we will respond quickly to let you know your order status.  


Damaged/Broken items:

All items shipped by Faithmarks™ have been carefully inspected and packed. If you notice a damaged package delivery by a carrier (such as UPS, USPS, FedEx, etc.) please refuse the shipment.  Please contact us immediately if you receive damaged items and we will replace them promptly.
 
 
Canceling/Changing an Order:
 
Notice of order changes &/or cancellations may be sent by email to orders@faithmarks.com.  Please include your order number, name and shipping address.  We will confirm via email that your order has been canceled &/or that we can incorporate your requested changes in the order.  We regret that if production on a personalized item has already begun, we will be unable to cancel your order.  For this reason, we highly advise changes or cancellations be forwarded to us within 4 hours of placing your order.
 
 
Exchanges & Returns:

We want you to be happy with your Faithmarks™ product. If you’re not completely satisfied, we will replace or refund your purchase.

Items that have not been custom engraved may be exchanged or returned for credit, including original shipping charges. We simply ask that the original item be returned to us in new condition within 30 days of the purchase date. We will be happy to credit the payment type originally tendered excluding the original shipping cost. Please package the item(s) being returned carefully and include your a copy of your original invoice in the return package so we can process the return quickly. 

Custom-engraved items may be returned if Faithmarks™ made a mistake on your order. Simply contact us by email at orders@faithmarks.com  to obtain an RMA (Return Materials Authorization #). We will then arrange to have your item picked up and returned to us at our expense and will promptly correct and replace your item. Because we all make mistakes, we will be pleased to re-engrave a new item for you at a 30% discount should you find that a mistake was made on your part.

We regret we can not offer returns or exchanges beyond 30 days from date of purchase.  If you are purchasing your items for a future date that exceeds our 30-day return policy, please note this fact in the comments section of your product order page and we will make every effort to extend the return or exchange date for you.
 

Order Processing Time:

Our designs & products are nearly all custom-made to order. Please allow 2-5 days for production prior to shipping.   If for some reason we anticipate a later than normal production time, we will contact you by email & provide you with the expected shipping date.
